Within walking distance of the South Gates of Louisiana State University, our vision for these cottages was to create a series of small, but mighty homes that had a perfect blend of function and style. Offering a rarely available opportunity to build a new construction home near campus, each owner was able to create fully customized design while achieving a unified, cohesive streetscape.
